Swoop’s U.S. Operations Still Awaiting Full Regulatory Approval, Forced to Cancel Flights

Swoop, the ultra-low-cost subsidiary of Canada's WestJet, has postponed the commencement of U.S. services until Oct. 27 as all regulatory approvals have not yet been granted to the airline.
