Avelo is expanding again with a handful of new destinations. The ultra-low-cost carrier – which began flying in 2021 – is set to add more routes from its New Haven, Connecticut, base in 2025.
According to Ishrion Aviation on Twitter/X, the airline will add four destinations, including Dallas/Fort Worth; Detroit; Jacksonville, Florida; and Portland, Maine. The new routes will operate from New Haven twice weekly.
Flights to Jacksonville begin on Feb. 15, 2025, and service to Dallas/Fort Worth kicks off on March 7. Detroit and Portland will begin on April 4 and May 22, respectively.
Last week, the carrier launched international flights from Bradley International Airport. It also opened two new bases in North Carolina.
