Ultra-low-cost airline Avelo is suspending service at Manchester–Boston Regional Airport in New Hampshire.
The carrier confirmed to AirlineGeeks that operations at the airport have been “seasonally suspended.” WMUR-TV in Manchester reported that the last flights will take place Jan. 5, 2026.
Avelo added that it is “evaluating return dates for 2026,” suggesting service could eventually resume.
Manchester–Boston Regional Airport is located in southern New Hampshire, not far from the Massachusetts state line. Avelo currently offers flights between Manchester and Raleigh-Durham, Wilmington, and Concord – all in North Carolina – and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Northern California Route Ends Early
Avelo is also expected to depart California Redwood Coast–Humboldt County Airport, also known as Arcata–Eureka Airport, sooner than initially planned.
The airline announced in July that it will close its base at Hollywood Burbank Airport in Southern California in December, ending nonstop service between Burbank and Arcata–Eureka at the same time. But Humboldt County officials said they were told last week by Avelo that flights out of Arcata–Eureka will actually end earlier, on Oct. 20.
The county said travelers will be notified about changes to their flight reservations and refund options.
