Arajet Expands U.S. Service

The first U.S. service for the Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic-based airline will begin on April 11, connecting its home base to Miami. This route will operate four times per week.

According to Aeroroutes, Arajet’s second U.S. route will begin in June, also connecting Miami and the Caribbean. Service between Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and Miami will start on June 14 with four weekly flights.

The carrier also recently announced plans to serve New York and San Juan, Puerto Rico, though it has yet to provide details on those routes.

All flights will be operated with Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft.
