The city’s second international airport will officially open to the public on Oct. 25.

The airport’s location identifier will switch from PBI to DJT.

The carrier is offering $12 million.

The space will reopen in 2027, officials said.

The 3,700-square-foot space will offer coffee, snacks, and meals.

Flights will begin in November of this year.

The facility will allow maintenance technicians to work on up to three narrowbody aircraft or two widebody aircraft at a time.

The gateway will supplement Sydney Airport, currently the busiest airport in Australia.

The facility will help reduce congestion at the airport, officials said.

The airline is doubling its space at an important hub in the Pacific Northwest.
