Delta has pushed back on “disinformation” regarding the qualifications of the Endeavor Air pilots on flight 4819, which crashed on Monday.

ATP Flight School has launched free quarterly Airbus A320 type rating and Airline Transport Pilot Certification Training programs for eligible alumni.

Finland’s flag carrier said its agreement to wet lease two aircraft for its Asian network could be terminated, eliminating 90 pilot jobs.

One of the two pilots onboard the PSA Airlines flight that crashed near Reagan National Airport on Wednesday has been identified.

United CEO Scott Kirby said the carrier will “continue to hire based on merit” during a Q&A with reporters at the end of last week’s earnings call.

Last week, the airline and the Air Line Pilots Association inked a letter of agreement to formalize the voluntary early separations.

The Transportation Security Administration will sunset the Known Crewmember program by the end of 2025, and implement a “successor” to the system.
