Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is slated to receive yet another new route beginning in 2025. Last week, Delta announced new flights between Austin and Jacksonville, Florida.

WestJet plans to expand its presence in the Texas capital, adding new flights to Vancouver. The route is scheduled to commence on May 11, 2025, operating three times per week on a Boeing 737-800.

“As we continue to strengthen our service across Western Canada, we are proud to add new WestJet service between Vancouver and Austin as part of our expanded summer schedule,” said Daniel Fajardo, WestJet vice president of network and schedule planning, in a news release.
