Scandinavian Airlines – SAS plans to expand its Asian network next year. The carrier is the newest member of the SkyTeam alliance, joining on Sept. 1.

Beginning on Sept. 12, 2025, the airline will add service between Copenhagen, Denmark, and Seoul Incheon, a major hub for fellow SkyTeam member Korean Air. Flights will operate four times weekly during the summer season and three times during the winter.

The new route will be operated by the airline’s Airbus A350-900XWB aircraft. SAS announced the service on Thursday, making Seoul the latest SkyTeam hub to join the carrier’s network.

“As a proud SkyTeam member, this route further strengthens the seamless connectivity we provide, linking Scandinavia to key destinations across the globe. We are excited to welcome passengers on board this landmark service,” said Anko van der Werff, president and CEO of SAS, in a news release.

Earlier this year, the airline announced service between Copenhagen and Delta’s Seattle hub. In addition, SAS began service to Atlanta in June.
