Key Takeaways:

A new major update to the pilot simulation video game Infinite Flight has added the Boeing 737 MAX as its 60th aircraft to pick from.

Thursday’s update, according to a blog post by developers, includes the brand-new model with a fully animated flight deck, the new MAX 8 glass panel, roll spoilers, and a complete cabin with galleys.

The 737-8 MAX was selected through a community vote on whether to add a MAX or Airbus Neo jetliner to the simulator’s lineup of different aircraft. The MAX can be customized with 37 paint schemes, including the Boeing House and Infinite Flight carbon outfits. More liveries are also planned for a future update.

Other additions in this update include a new auto-pushback feature for easier ground operations, 118 new 3D airports, updates to over 90 current airports, and winds aloft visualization on the map.

The pause menu interface also has been improved along airport runways and procedure pages. According to Infinite Flight, this update fixed bugs for various multiplayer synchronization and connection issues, missing call signs in ATC messages, and other various crashes.
