JetBlue and Hawaiian will officially end their interline and codeshare partnership in the coming months. The partnership, which began in 2012, allowed passengers to book connecting itineraries between JetBlue’s domestic network and Hawaiian’s transpacific and inter-island flights.
According to JetBlue’s website, the partnership’s termination will end reciprocal frequent flyer benefits between JetBlue’s TrueBlue program and HawaiianMiles. This includes the ability to earn and redeem miles on each carrier’s flights.

HawaiianMiles members are able to book award travel on JetBlue-operated flights through Sept. 30. Travel on those award tickets must be completed by March 31, 2026.
The conclusion of the partnership follows Hawaiian’s ongoing integration into the Alaska Air Group and loyalty program as part of the planned merger between the two carriers.
