The union representing around 16,000 American Airlines pilots issued a stern warning to its members last week about continued restricted airspace violations.

One crew member sustained serious injuries, while 15 others on board the flight suffered minor injuries, according to investigators.

Following the incident, all crew members and several passengers were transported to the hospital for medical evaluation.

The semi-private carrier will provide new and returning routes from cities across the United States, including Dallas and Las Vegas.

The tentative deal includes several improvements for the carrier’s around 2,200 flight attendants, and is set to be voted on later this month.
