Working with Airbus, United is nearing a deal for at least 36 A321neo aircraft. This comes as Boeing continues to have delays in delivering 737 MAX jets.

Delta has ordered 20 of Airbus’ A350-1000 aircraft, the largest variant in the A350 family, with deliveries slated to start in 2026.

Both the narrowbody and widebody goals were met by the manufacturer but those were already revised since the start of the year.
