Delta has scheduled the first batch of routes set to be operated by its new CRJ-550. The aircraft will enter service in July 2024. 

The Utah-based regional carrier is slated to transition 19 CRJ-700s expiring from its American contract to the 50-seat configuration.

As part of a Monday announcement, the Fort Worth-based airline detailed plans to retire its American Eagle-branded Embraer 145 and Bombardier CRJ-200 aircraft.
