Jim Graham, the CEO of Delta regional subsidiary Endeavor Air, has announced he will be stepping down by the end of May.

The airline is set to expand its domestic network later this year with a series of new winter seasonal and year-round routes.

Delta is giving eligible employees a 4% raise despite an uncertain economic environment.

In June 2023, Delta flight 1092 successfully landed in Charlotte, North Carolina, despite its nose landing gear failing to deploy. 

The aircraft – registered as N807NW – was operating flight 1213 to Atlanta when a fire was reported while the jet was leaving the gate.

Delta has announced a new fuel efficiency partnership to install “shark skin” riblets on its fleet of Boeing 767 aircraft.

The Atlanta-based airline expects to receive a handful of new aircraft deliveries this year, all of which are from European planemaker Airbus.

Facing what CEO Ed Bastian calls “broad economic uncertainty,” Delta plans to retire some aircraft earlier than planned.

Delta also links Orlando and Amsterdam with seasonal long-haul flights, which are currently slated to resume in October 2025.

Delta has announced its largest-ever winter schedule to Latin America and the Caribbean for the 2025-2026 season, including two new destinations.
