Delta is slated to bolster its network early next year with the addition of more routes. These flights will begin in late December and early January.

American is growing its Northeast network with a batch of routes, including some new markets from New York LaGuardia and Washington’s Reagan National. 

American is shaking up its network in the Northeast this summer. The Fort Worth, Texas-based airline will cut one route, but swap it with another.

The flight made a U-turn near Turkmenistan about 10 hours into its trip. It was later escorted by Italian Eurofighter aircraft. 

The livery design was created by JetBlue crewmember Ray Matthew, who also coined the tagline on its side-body: “Honoring the fly-est crew in the biz.”

In its latest network shake-up, JetBlue plans to discontinue service in a highly competitive Northeast market this spring.

The airline will go head-to-head with American, Air Canada, and Delta, which connect LaGuardia and Toronto multiple times per day.

JetBlue announced Wednesday that it would be adding five brand-new destinations to its North American East Coast network.

Frontier plans to add three new routes from New York’s JFK Airport later this year. The ultra-low-cost carrier first began service to the airport in June 2024.

American’s largest jet – the Boeing 777-300ER – can seat up to 304 passengers and includes a Flagship First cabin with eight seats.
