American is set to introduce service to a new airport in the spring. Currently, only one other airline serves the region.
On the heels of its breakup with CRJ-200 operator Air Wisconsin, American is also detailing plans to end all 50-seat service from Chicago this summer.
American is slated to become the latest U.S. airline to remove the CRJ-200 from its network. The carrier is planning a regional shake-up later this year.
