Key Takeaways:

Delta is adding more regional service from two of its hubs. Starting in November, the airline will expand flights to Northwest Arkansas National Airport in Bentonville, Ark.

As first noted by Adrian Waltz on Twitter/X and validated with Cirium Diio schedule data, Delta will fly between Northwest Arkansas and Salt Lake City along with Detroit. The Detroit route is slated to begin on Nov. 11, 2024 operated by an Endeavor Air CRJ-900.

Service from Salt Lake City is set to start on Feb. 13, 2025 with a SkyWest Embraer E175. This route is also planned to operate on a daily basis.

Both routes will operate year-round. Bentonville is home of retail giant Walmart, which employs roughly 60,000 staff members in the region. The airline currently serves the market from Atlanta, Minneapolis/St. Paul, and New York LaGuardia.
