The carrier will relocate service to other airports, it said.

Public charter air carrier JSX will shift its operations in both Colorado and Florida later this year, relocating flights to new airports “to better meet Customer demand and maximize choice in air travel for all,” it said.

In South Florida, JSX will begin flights at Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport on Aug. 28, offering nonstop service to Westchester County five days per week. As a result of this move, all JSX flights to and from Boca Raton Airport will end on July 31, 2025, following the planned demolition of its facility at Atlantic Aviation.

The carrier also serves West Palm Beach and Opa-Locka in South Florida.

Colorado Changes

In Colorado, JSX will begin service at Centennial Airport near Denver on Sept. 10, offering flights to Las Vegas and Scottsdale, Arizona, as well as seasonal service to Dallas and Burbank.

Current operations at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport – located about 30 miles from Centennial – will conclude on Sept. 9.

“Relocating our public charter flights to Denver/Centennial Airport and Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport will strengthen the unique JSX experience our customers know and love, with beautiful facilities closer to the heart of the Western Rockies and the vibrant coastal communities of South Florida,” said David Drabinsky, JSX’s chief commercial officer, in a statement.

The carrier has shifted operations between other airports in the past. In 2024, it moved from Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport to Scottsdale.
