Southwest expects to retrofit the interiors of more than 800 aircraft over eight months. These modifications are expected to begin on May 1.

Delta also links Orlando and Amsterdam with seasonal long-haul flights, which are currently slated to resume in October 2025.

Spirit announced on Monday that several top executives, including long-time CEO Ted Christie, are departing the airline.
