Breeze is adding service to two new destinations while also launching new routes from existing airports throughout its network.

Since the COVID-19 pandemic, more unique Essential Air Service proposals have been submitted by a wider variety of airlines.

Breeze is slated to add its 70th destination this summer. The carrier continues to bolster its route network with a handful of newly added markets.

Breeze is planning to open its 11th base this summer. The airline says this addition will add more jobs and allow aircraft to remain overnight.

Breeze is expanding again, this time with a new point on its route map. The airline, which began service in 2021, operates to nearly 70 cities in 31 states.

Breeze Airways has announced it is offering service in three new cities along with adding 19 new routes to its network later this year.

In December, major carriers and their regional counterparts canceled nearly 6,000 flights, roughly double the 3,000 in December 2023.

One Alabama airport will lose all of its scheduled flights in a matter of weeks. Low-cost carrier Breeze will end service to Mobile by the end of January.

Now, with over 40 aircraft in its fleet and around 60 destinations, its CEO is looking to take the startup airline even farther.
