LATAM Airlines Group Wants to Increase Ownership in LATAM Brasil

LATAM Airlines Group has requested authorization from the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) in Brazil to increase its stake in indirect shares of LATAM Airlines Brasil from 48.9 percent to 51 percent.
