Canada’s largest airline has unveiled several new and returning routes for summer of 2025, including to the United States, Europe, and Asia.

On Tuesday, the Fort Worth, Texas-based carrier began regularly scheduled Boeing 777-300ER service to Charlotte for the first time.

British Airways is slated to cut two U.S. flights next summer as the carrier continues to face Rolls-Royce engine troubles.

The Canadian government has lifted pandemic-era caps on flights between Canada and China, paving the way for an increase in service.

The announcement comes just over a month after the Fort Worth-based airline added five new long-haul routes in September.

The Dallas-based airline extended its schedule through Aug. 4, 2025, on Wednesday with new routes and expanded seasonal service.

After just adding new service to Phoenix in May 2024, the airline plans to launch another U.S. destination next summer.

After over a year of delays, the new long-range narrowbody jet may enter revenue service as soon as next week with Iberia.

The German carrier continues to face ongoing aircraft shortages as it awaits delivery of new Boeing 787 and Airbus A350 jets. 

The financially troubled ultra-low-cost carrier said last week that it plans to reduce year-over-year capacity in the midteens range in 2025.
